area streams are approaching bank full conditions.
Additionally... some street flooding has also been reported in poor
drainage areas and other low lying spots.
A flood advisory means stream flows are elevated or ponding of water
in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

* rainfall of 2 to 4 inches can be expected across the watch
area through 6 PM Tuesday.
* The heavy rainfall will cause area streams and creeks to
overflow their banks... cause water levels to rise in poor
drainage areas... and may lead to dangerous flooding conditions
on roads at low water crossings.
A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
